This is a conceptual design project involving logo design, branding and digital layouts. The main imagery used throughout these visuals have been created by Midjourney. Here is the prompt I used: "a lady with large satin flowing yellow and orange dress blowing in the wind, head is covered with dress, on a desert background with soft blue and yellow sky, photographic, cinematic, hyperreal --ar 4:7" . The --ar means aspect ratio. I also used ChatGPT to assist with copy. 

When designing layouts, there is usually a main hero or focus, whether that be photography, video or 3D. In this instance, I required some fashion imagery with a bridal theme in mind. I was inspired by the flowing costumes in Dune (2021), with the likely infusion of Indian, the Middle Eastern, and Egyptian wear seen in Lady Jessica’s flowing gowns and sheers. The veil hiding the face is a perfect side for bridal couture.

I created a number of mobile and web visuals showing the hero content along with minimal UI to support the online, luxury shopping experience.

The brand name is Mirage, which means an optical illusion caused by the bending of light rays due to variations in air temperature, typically occurring in deserts or over hot surfaces. It creates the appearance of distant objects or water that are not actually present, often appearing as shimmering or wavering images that can seem real from a distance but vanish upon closer inspection. I thought this would be a fitting name to associate with weddings and bridal wear, an occasion many would experience at least once in a lifetime! The logo is made of a font called R41 Gotico, the ‘M’ has been flipped to create the logo.
